This round mixed rye bread made from sourdough is refined with 4% pancetta, 2.1% savoy cabbage and garlic. A special feature: it is baked on a whole cabbage leaf and slices of bacon, which gives it an unmistakably savoury aroma – ideal with rustic dishes or hearty meals. Diameter: 16 – 19 cm.
